When you place an order on TheBikersBounty.com, processing of in-stock items usually takes 3 working business days. In-stock items will then leave our shipping facility within 3 to 7 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability. For high demand products, the processing time and shipping of such products may take longer. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will restock and ship out as soon as possible. We currently offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all our products and different shipping carriers may be dictated depending on different destination countries. Orders placed with FREE Worldwide Shipping will be shipped via a shipping method and/or carrier of The Bikers Bounty’s choice.
**Special Arrangement on Shipping (due to the Coronavirus)**
Due to the current serious situation of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, FREE Shipping to certain countries may be temporarily suspended due to suspension of the postal services in the receiving country. Alternatively, we may be able to arrange shipment via DHL, FedEx or UPS for your orders at an additional cost. If you prefer to receive the parcel at an earlier time, please contact us directly Prior To Ordering and we will try our best to arrange special shipping arrangements for your order. If you are open to wait for a later shipment, we will arrange your shipment as soon as the postal service resumes. Which Locations Do You Ship To?
Generally, we offer worldwide delivery for all the products on TheBikersBounty.com. However, delivery services may be subject to limitations with certain products to certain countries. If there is any problem with processing or shipping of your order we will contact you via email through the email address that you provide with your order.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us when undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. The bikers Bounty reserves the rights for charging any additional cost or expenses incurred from such arrangement.
If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after shipping completed email is received; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we will cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the package/s. No refund will be issued. The Bikers Bounty would reserve the rights for claiming any pending payments or corresponding expenses incurred due to such cancellation.
Items & Packages Damaged During Transit
If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please photograph and/or video record the package and then contact us immediately via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will instruct you where to send the photographs or video for an enquiry.
